Hacienda Guadalupe

Boutique Luxury Hotel ~ Sweeping Views of the Valley

Hacienda Guadalupe

Hacienda Guadalupe is a boutique-style hotel in the Guadalupe Valley wine country catering to guests who enjoy luxurious surroundings and privacy. Set just off the wine route, this hotel has sweeping views of the valley from its prominent location. Guests will enjoy peace and quiet at this tranquil hotel. The gracious owners, Daniel and Gaby, are dedicated to ensure guests receive the highest quality service.

Hacienda Guadalupe's design was created by the owners and inspired by the magical colonial haciendas of Mexico's heartland yet is contemporary. The feel of the hacienda with its high ceilings, graceful archways and Spanish tile invokes relaxation and romance. The design includes beautiful natural elements from the valley that add a unique look: grapevine woven chandeliers and laja stone walkways.

The rooms have been designed with guests in mind. Each of the sisteen rooms has a private terrace or balcony to relax and take in the beauty of the valley. All have king sized beds and are equipped with electronic entry. The beautiful, solid hacienda style furniture was created by the hands of Ensenada furniture makers. The crisp white bed linens exude a relaxed sophistication against the dark wood furniture. Ladies will appreciate the 300 count sheets, full length mirror and the closet that accommodates long dresses for that special evening.

There is much to enjoy at Hacienda Guadalupe. Cool off in the sparkling blue pool or unwind in the jacuzzi. Enjoy a glass of wine at the lobby area. Discover the hiking trails around the hotel and wander through the vineyard with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo vines. Tour the surrounding wineries in the valley.

Hacienda Guadalupe's restaurant features regional cuisine with mediterranean touches and features one of, if not the best selection of wines in the valley - over 150! You may also sample the house wines Vinos Melchum right in the restaurant. The in-house chef, Chef Ernesto Torres Rocha, has recently begun brewing their own craft beer called Liebre. The next time you're at the restaurant, don't forget to try one. They currently offer Chocolate Stout, Romero Pale Ale and English IPA, with special edition flavors varying by season. The restaurant was designed with tall glass windows and indoor and outdoor terraces to maximize the valley views.

Hacienda Guadalupe is special place to hold an event, business meeting or a romantic wine country wedding. Guests will enjoy the valley views and the beautiful grounds.
