Then, my car ended up breaking down (while visiting family in the US) So I had to cancel the policy for that one and find another car to drive back down to Mexico. Imagine the hassle!! I had a very pleasant phone conversation with her. In short Ms. Shauna is an excellent professional lady! I had insurance with Baja Bound (HDI) for almost 4 years. But my Sentri expired and I had to reapply again. Ms. Shauna helps you and provide you with all sort of good information.
