Baja Bound Insurance has gone above and beyond for me in their customer care. I was a pain as a...stomer, bought the wrong insurance, had to cancel it and a buy a new policy. Then was concerned and emailing them about the refund of the first policy. They emailed back promptly and assured me and walked me through it. Then a few weeks later I wanted to upgrade my policy to include all of Mexico and not just Baja and sent an email and had an immediate response that they were happy to help and an explanation on how to do it. Honestly I'd give them 10 stars. I'm so grateful and impressed with their service and customer care.

We were trying to get an insurance for our RV in Mexico, we come from Europe and we drive with ...lgium license plates. I tried a lot of companies but they didn’t answered my mails. Baja Bound answered my mail immediately and the next day I had an insurance. Very nice and helpfully. I recommend this company for all the Europeans driving around in Mexico

Baja Bound was recommended to us by a fellow SCORE racer for the Baja 400 in Ensenada. We insured... 12 vehicles with multiple drivers and BB was able to handle it effortlessly. Shout out to Michelle for her patience and follow up. We will use Baja Bound again when we return to race.
