They told me not to worry after my incident in Mexico, of course I did. Silly me, they talked me...own as well as through the process. I received service above and beyond my expectations from Angela at Baja Bound Mexican Insurance...rvices when I needed roadside assistance. Meaning, she didn't give me the Chubb Insurance phone number and tell me to report my need to them. She did a 3 way call, placed the call and stayed on the 14 minute call to make sure the Chubb agent on the other end properly logged my issue and promised to follow up with me with the details of who would be coming to help me. She even said, if you don't hear back from him in 30 - 60 minutes, give me a call and I'll find out what's going on. You feel pretty vulnerable when your vehicle is stranded, but Angela made sure that Baja Bound Mexican Insurance had my back and I can't thank them enough for that...two thumbs, way up!!
