Great, easy to use service. I haven't had to file a claim (and hope I never have to) but the online...e portal is very easy to use, and it's very easy to understand the coverage available. We travel frequently to Mexico, and will continue to use Baja Bound for our insurance needs.

This is a great service. It was easy to use and my US Insurance agent said this was wise to use a...Mexico Insurance, where my US coverage would not apply. Maybe though someone could warn us that you don't have to pay cash to the border crossing line security when you drive home to the US. Apparently that is illegal. I would use Baja Bound Mexican Insurance again.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! I was grateful to deal with Shauna as she was very detail oriented,...familiar with everything, transparent and informative and overall extremely professional. After several insurance companies in different countries this was by far the best initial experience and customer service I've personally ever experienced.
