The trip was good. Almost needed a tow from a remote area of San Quintin, Baja California. After... 8 trips to Mexico with Baja Bound insurance, I have never needed their help. But, it's good to know that I'm covered. Well, it's also required insurance but I almost always choose the full coverage.

This is the fourth time we’ve worked with Baja Bound  Agent-  Michel Lopez when traveling...om California to Mexico. The customer service is always top-notch. Last time we were in Mexico in 2024, we got involved in a minor accident right by the border in Tecate. The local insurance sent an agent, but he was delayed by four hours. The sun had set, we had two kids in the car, and we were in an area that didn’t feel safe. Michel stayed on the phone with us the entire time, coordinating between us and the Mexican insurance representative. She went above and beyond and ultimately arranged for us to leave the site without waiting for the delayed agent. That decision quite literally saved us. I can’t be grateful enough, and it’s absolutely time to mention her in a review. Five stars couldn’t be better. Thank you, Michel.

They told me not to worry after my incident in Mexico, of course I did. Silly me, they talked me...own as well as through the process. They were extremely responsive to my inquiries as well as the repair centers. Key for one’s sanity and timely repair, they were without fault. If you’re in Mexico, have an incident and are insured by Baja Bound, “don’t worry!”
