For the first time in Baja 1000 history, a team of amputees will be competing in Class 22 (Pro Motorcycle)as a fundraiser to benefit an 11 year old boy who needs a prosthetic leg. Meet the HERO racing team comprised of Chris Ridgway, Randy Slawson, Mike Shultz, Jim Wazny and Mario Panagiotopoulis! Many companies have stepped up to help support their race effort with bikes, gear and supplies, but they still need to raise money for the race.
