The Tourist Legal Guide is a downloadable PDF file put together by the City of Tijuana with introductions by Tijuana's mayor Jesús Gonzáles Reyes and San Diego's mayor Dick Murphy. The guide covers topics such as infractions, when a vehicle may be impounded, unlawful items in Mexico, and where to file complaints, among others. It also includes a directory of police stations and consulates and is available in English or Spanish.
